After downloading the emulator extrat it on your PC. Now you need the game ROM file
After download KOF98 Rom File, go to the neo-geo directory and open the
Roms directory and paste the king of fighters 98 Rom file into that
directory. After that launch neo-geo and select the game from the menu
on the left side and hit play.
